Returns and Refunds

We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Our returns policy is as follows:

Unopened bottles may be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt. A restocking fee of 30% of the product purchase price will apply. The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Bottles must be unopened and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Any opened or damaged products are not eligible for return.

To request a return, please send an email to jason@drmdc.health along with your order number. We will provide return shipping instructions and process the refund once the returned product is received and inspected.

Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to process.
