Standard suggested use for adult:  2 capsules 3x a day. One bottle will be an approximate 2 week supply.

Dr Morse recommends pairing one cleansing formula (Kidneys & Bladder 1 and 3) and one diuretic formula (Kidneys & Bladder 2 and 4) simultaneously.
