Shipping Insurance

At Morse’s Health Center, we offer optional shipping insurance to provide extra protection for your order in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit.

How It Works

• Customers may choose to purchase shipping insurance at checkout, in your shipping selection section of your shopping cart.
• If insurance is purchased, we will replace or refund your order if it is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
• If a claim is necessary, customers must contact us after the package has been in transit for 30 days, but no more than 60 days, to initiate the claims process.
• Shipping insurance does not cover packages held, lost, or destroyed by customs.

Opting Out of Insurance

If a customer declines shipping insurance, Handcrafted Botanical Formulas is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility.

• Any issues with the shipment must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
