Service includes eye photos copy to the file and copy to the client; this includes initial photos and updated photos.
No additional charge for eye photos retaken due to poor quality (at the discretion of the counselor or staff).
NOTICE: In order to have your eye pictures taken, you must visit Morse’s Health Center office as we take them in-house.
