NOTE 1: If you are scheduled for an in-person consultation at our office, you do NOT need to purchase this service. Eye photography will be included in your consultation visit.
NOTE 2: In order to have your eye pictures taken, you must visit Morse’s Health Center office as we take them in-house.
Service includes eye photos copy to the file and copy to the client; this includes initial photos and updated photos.
No additional charge for eye photos retaken due to poor quality (at the discretion of the counselor or staff).
